Cancel / Payment policy

Payment Terms

• No payment is required to reserve.
• The booking is confirmed with a 30% refundable deposit no later than 2 weeks after being made (proof of payment required). The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. (except for Peak Season, August & groups of 4 rooms and up)
• Peak Season & August: 50% non-refundable deposit required at reservation. Balance must be paid no later than 45 days before arrival.
• Deposit policies for groups of 4 rooms and up are determined on an individual basis.
• Payments 45 days prior must be paid in full to secure.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival: free of charge (except for Peak Season, August & groups 4 rooms and up)
• Cancellation from the 29th to the arrival date: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
• No show, any cancellation or change done on site: 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
