Cancel / Payment policy

Payment Terms

• No payment is required to reserve.
• 50% of total booking amount is due 48h after booking confirmation.
• Full payment 30 days prior trip start date.
• In the event where the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, such
  reservation must be paid immediately upon presentation of invoice.
• No guests may travel unless full pre-payment is received.

Cancellation Terms

• No cancellation fee within 48hours after booking confirmation.
• 30% fee of total booking amount if booking is cancelled more than 31 days prior arrival date.
• 60% fee of total booking amount if booking is cancelled less than 31 days prior arrival date.
• No refund will apply if cancelled less than 14 days prior arrival date.
