Cancel / Payment policy

Payment Terms

• No payment is required to reserve.
• 50% of total booking amount is due 48h after booking confirmation.
• Full payment 30 days prior trip start date.
• In the event where the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, such
  reservation must be paid immediately upon presentation of invoice.
• No guests may travel unless full pre-payment is received.

Cancellation Terms

• No cancellation fee within 48hours after booking confirmation.
• 50% fee of total booking amount if booking is cancelled more than 31 days prior arrival date.
• 70% fee of total booking amount if booking is cancelled less than 31 days prior arrival date.
• No refund will apply if cancelled less than 20 days prior arrival date.
• Please note that any covid related cancellations will not be refunded but 1 year credit will be given by the Aliwal Dive Center.
