Cancel / Payment policy

Payment Terms

No payment is required to reserve.
30% of total booking amount is due 48h after booking confirmation.
Full payment 40 days prior trip start date.
In the event where the reservation is made less than 40 days before arrival, such
reservation must be paid immediately upon presentation of invoice.
No guests may travel unless full pre-payment is received.

Cancellation Terms

No cancellation fee within 48hours after booking confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 6 months in advance will be fully refunded as a credit note.
Cancellations made 3 - 6 months in advance receive 50% of the paid amount as a credit note.
Cancellations made 3 months after the booking are non-refundable.

Please note the following:

Prices are subject to change in the event of price increases, exchange rate fluctuations and availability.
If you would like to secure your price to avoid any fluctuations we will provide you with a final invoice (calculated at the exchange rate at time) and payment will need to me made in FULL within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice.
The tour/travel packages has been quoted on a sharing basis and an additional single supplement fee will be added for singles.

Great PADI Dive Shop in Tofo

Top notch dive facilities with a family style atmosphere. Really enjoyed my dives and the accommodation with Shannon. Really yummy, healthy breakfast option at the on-site restaurant and loved having direct access to the beach.

Rating 5/5 stars.

My stay at Liquid dive adventures was excellent. The location is at the beach, staff is friendly and the dive operation is smooth and safe. Scuba equipment for hire is in good condition. Never mind the diving, which was awesome. We also swam with dolphins during our surface interval.
